With the autumnal equinox behind us, it's officially fall and we have some exciting announcements to share with all of you! First off, it's official! We are putting our new, expanded indoor growing spaces to good use and offering a Fall CSA this season.
Here are the details:
The share will consist of six pickups: Tuesday, Oct 18, Oct 25, Nov 1, Nov 15, Nov 29, and Dec 13. (so, three weeks in a row and then every other week until December 13).
We are still offering two box sizes, small and full, plus sliding scale pricing and SNAP/ HIP payment options.
Subsidized shares through Hoosac Harvest are also still available for these fall shares! Please inquire about this if you are interested (you can get a subsidized share AND pay the rest using SNAP/ HIP!)
Fall CSA prices are as follows: Small -$85 for Lower income -$105 for middle income -$125 for upper income Full -$156 for lower income -$195 for middle income -$234 for upper income Plus further discounts for the subsidized shares
Pickups will be offered at the farm and at Common Folk in downtown North Adams on Tuesdays. We do not have Saturday pickups available for this share.
Some veggies that you might expect to get are: Radishes, hakurei turnips, purple top turnips, French breakfast radishes, kale, cauliflower, winter squash, lettuce heads, spinach, greens mix, arugula, carrots, beets, bok choy, escarole, daikon radishes, onions, garlic, and more!

Our second exciting announcement is that we are co-hosting a Fall Harvest dinner with Door Prize on Sunday, Oct 9! The menu will exclusively feature Full Well Farm produce and will also have the option to add a cider pairing from Berkshire Cider! The prix fixe menu is going to be a stunning ode to our Berkshire fall harvest and will include our delicata squash, turnips, cherry tomatoes, winter greens and more.
