CSA sign-ups for the 2023 season are officially here! In addition to launching a slightly updated 2023 CSA registration process, we also want to share with all of you that we are offering TWO new pickup locations for next season, at Wild Soul River in Williamstown and at the Adams Theater in downtown Adams.
We are also offering a discount to any member who pays for their vegetable CSA share before January 31. Full Shares will get $25 off and Small Shares get $15 off for registering and paying early!
To sign-up for a 2023 CSA, you will first head to our new online store and choose your CSA option. Within each product description you will be able to see the different ways to pay, including a three part payment plan, an option to pay by check and an option to by with BerkShares. Once you check out, you will be sent the CSA registration link where you can select your pickup location and time. If you want to look at these options in advance, check out our pick up info page.
Another change this season is that we are no longer offering the option of giving a deposit to register. This is because we are requesting payment in full as early as possible. CSA payments help the farm (and thus the farmers!) to be financially stable through the winter when there are less income streams, so we changed our systems to reflect the importance of paying early if possible. SNAP members and most subsidized share members will not be asked to pay anything at registration, and you will see that your total comes to zero when you select that option.
If you are used to being able to pay a deposit and would like to pay in installments, please use the discount code 3PAYPLAN at checkout. One third of the share cost will be due immediately to register, another due for March 1, and the last by June 1. If this option doesn't fit your needs please email us before registering.
We have also solidified our option to send a Flower CSA as a gift! Once you receive the registration form, you will see an option to send a card to whoever is receiving the flower CSA. Flower shares make a great gift for loved ones, so keep us in mind this holiday season!
