When is my customization window?

How do I customize my box?
You can also set season long preferences at any time in the GrownBy App or website.

Login to your GrownBy account.

Click the drop down menu on the top righthand side of the GrownBy home screen.

Click "Account" and then "Product Preferences."

Use the space provided to tell us about your preferences, for example: "I love leafy greens and root vegetables but please no onions. I'm allergic to tree nuts" or "I have a big family and always want two of everything, but please no turnips!"
You can update these preferences at any time, but they are intended to be a setting that you set and forget!
What happens if I spend more or less than the share value?
If you spend less than your share value, up to $5 will carry over each week in your account as farm credit, letting you add more a different week. If you want to add more than your share value any given week, you can simply apply farm credit or a credit card to pay for the difference.
How do vacation days work?
We offer Biweekly CSA members one vacation day per season and Full Season members two vacation days per season. If you want to claim a vacation day, check out this article about how to do so on the GrownBy website! Vacation Days must be claimed before your customization window begins in order to receive farm credit (about a week in advance).
Can I pick up at a different location?
Yes, you can change your pick up location to one of our other locations in GrownBy, but these changes have to be done before your customization window starts (about a week in advance).
Not every pickup location is available for every member unfortunately, but everyone has the option to switch between a mid-week pickup and a Saturday pickup.
